This Guitar Patent T-shirt contains a modified version of patent drawings showing Les Paul's (the man) Guitar pickup electronics invention from 1962. He is best known for his contributions to the development of the modern, solid-body electric guitar by Gibson, but was also an inventor himself, and is a member of the National Inventors Hall of Fame, holding at least two patents related to electric guitars. The first (this one - U.S. Patent No. 3,018,680) was issued in 1962. Another (No. 3,725,561) was issued in 1973. this shirt is the perfect gift for guitar nerds or any music fan who will appreciate the historic and technical importance of this moment in guitar design history.
