Delivery times may be affected somewhat because of the challenges brought on by supply chain issues, and/or busy holiday seasons, but currently things are going smoothly.

Q: I ordered and paid for multiple items at the same time in the same order, but I only received a shipment containing one of those items. Where are the others?
A: We use more than one supplier for our range of products, so if you order a product that one supplier makes, and another product from a different supplier, those products will come to you in separate deliveries, sometimes days apart.
Q: How do I know if the items in my order are coming from different MedleyMerch suppliers?
A: Ask us and we'll tell you.
Q: How long will it take to get my shirt, and if I need it in a hurry, can I get you to rush the order?
A: We don’t offer a rush service, especially in uncertain times, but in some cases you'll have an option to select a faster (but more expensive) delivery service at checkout. Each item is individually created, so we need enough time to pay attention to the details of each project that will give great results. So, depending on where you’re located, our fulfillment partner, and what you’re ordering, delivery will normally take somewhere between 6 and 15 business days from the day you placed your order, or longer for original designs.
Q: If I chose a size that doesn’t fit me properly, or a shirt colour that doesn't work for me, what can I do?
A: If it is a custom product (using your image and/or design) there are no exchanges or refunds, sorry. If it's a non-custom item but does not have a defect or problem that originated from our end, we can accept it as an exchange only if you ship it back to us at your expense, after which we can replace it with another size and/or colour one time - you'll be charged for shipping - but we cannot offer a refund.
Q: What happens if the shirt has a noticeable flaw, or if you didn’t ship the size I asked for?
A: Send an email to our support department describing the problem, along with a photo showing the issue. Once we identify and verify the issue originated with us, we’ll send you a replacement item.
Q: Does it matter what image I put on a custom shirt design?
A: Any image that has a shape that fits the design, we can use.
Q: I tried uploading my own image on your contact form, but it won't upload. What's wrong ?
A: There is a size limit for what you can upload at one time - 10MB. If your files total more than that, try sending in separate submissions. Or if it's just one big file, just send the form to us outlining the issue and we'll get back to you with an alternative file-transfer method. Also only certain kinds of files are allowed - .jpg .jpeg .eps .pdf .png
Q: I have my own cool idea for a shirt. Can I send that to you to make one for me?
A: Sure! We haven’t cornered the market on cool ideas. There are two ways you can do this. Either send us a finished high-resolution PDF or PNG file, that we don’t have to monkey with, along with your shirt details, we’ll confirm that it’ll work, and the price. Upon your approval we’ll go ahead and print it after you pay our invoice.
OR, you can simply send us a description of what you want, along with the image and desired text, and we’ll quote on an original design for you. If you agree to the price we’ll create the design and send a proof back for approval. Once you give us the go-ahead we’ll put it into production, after you pay our invoice for the design work. (Note that this is a more costly way to go.)
Q: Is there a discount if I want to print a lot of products?
A: Not if you want to print a lot of different design shirts or other products, except for savings on shipping because you're combining products into one order and paying one shipping cost. If you want us to produce multiple identical items, yes you can often save money. Just send us the details through the CONTACT form and we’ll quote you a price that will be a lower per-unit cost, and we’ll produce them as we would a design-from-scratch order.
Q: How long do your T-shirts last?
A: Shirts printed using white ink should last 15 to 25 washes before showing signs of fading, or more, if you’re consistent about following the proper wash instructions. In that case most apparel will still look decent after 30-40 washes.
Q: What is the right way to wash your shirts?
A: Follow these rules:
- Turn it inside out.
- Use cold water.
- DO NOT use Bleach.
- Use the gentle wash cycle.
- Air dry your shirt if you can, or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer.
Q: How do you print images on your apparel, and do they crack and peel over time?
A: Our prints don’t peel. They are printed using the latest DTG (Direct To Garment) technology, which uses inks applied directly to and partially absorbed into the fabric. There’s no odour either. (Back in the day vinyl was a common technology that had a tendency to peel, and smell a bit like plastic.)
